Our competitors have large overheads and their prices reflect this... They don't get out of bed for less than $3000. With us, this would cover the cost of a good site with a database or maybe some programming required to make it work.
Generally, if you give us the specifications of the site that you require, we will work out the man hours required for construction and apply an hourly rate.
You will find that our charges roughly equate to half what you would pay for the same with an established business locally or near the city. As free lancers, our overheads are obviously much less and we are happy to pass this saving on to our clients.

We don't hide any costs like many of our competitors... You will know up front exactly what you're up for!
A site maintenance agreement can be entered into for maintainence of your site (This is not always a consideration made when paying for site construction and some developers may take advantage of your lack of knowledge).
There may also be start up costs for domain registration and server set up. No charge is currently made for remote support.
Where training is required for managing content for example, an initial consultation plus basic instruction document will be included. This should not be necessary for anyone with basic computer literacy though you may find it useful.
