The Process |
With our clients, we adhere to the following structured process:
Workshop Meeting
A two hour meeting that identifies your goals as well as conducting a personal SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis. The workshop meeting will give us a preliminary road map of our clients' affairs as well as identifying urgent action items. At this meeting we will give you a scope of costs involved for us to proceed further.
Strategy Document
Using the information gained in the workshop meeting, and by reviewing all of our clients' relevant documents (trust deeds, company financials, estate planning documents, investments, etc) we will construct a strategy document and action plan. This plan will prioritise all of their relevant tasks and schedule them over an agreed time line. In completing this stage, we will generally ask to meet with our clients’ existing advisers to ensure consistency of advice.
Implementation of Action Items
We will take control of our clients’ agreed action items and ensure (as much as possible) completion of those items within the time parameters scheduled. In doing so we build a bridge between where our clients are currently and where they wish to be.
Within the implementation process, it may be necessary to use other AWM services, such as our Enhanced Investment Service, Financing Service and Insurances. If this is the case, a separate recommendation will be made by us.
